About us

Prairie Process Serving was founded in January 2021, but our story started long before that inside a Saskatchewan law firm.

Our founder spent years working as a paralegal, managing foreclosure and debt collection files. Every day, she saw firsthand how much depended on reliable process serving, and how often lawyers were left chasing updates, wondering if documents had been served, or dealing with delays that slowed their files down.

She knew there was a better way.

She started working with an established process serving company, gaining an even deeper understanding of what worked, what didn't, and what clients actually needed. When that company closed its doors, the lawyers she'd worked alongside didn't start looking for another process server. They told her to start her own.

And she did.

During a maternity leave, with a ten-month-old at home, Prairie Process Serving was born.

A side table made out of wood, two shelves, both holding a few books.

Prairie Process Serving has grown into a network of professional process servers, agents, and administrative support serving clients throughout Saskatchewan and coordinating process serving across Canada.

We serve legal documents for foreclosure and debt collection matters, family law, divorce proceedings, social services, child protection matters, and other legal proceedings. Whether it's a straightforward in-town serve, a complex rural assignment, or coordinating service outside Saskatchewan, we manage every step, from receiving your documents to completing service and delivering a properly executed Affidavit of Service.

As we've grown, the reason we started has never changed.

We built Prairie Process Serving because we understand the responsibility that comes with every file. We know what it's like to be the person sending it, relying on timely service, accurate documentation, and clear communication to keep a legal matter moving forward. We also recognize that the person receiving those documents may be facing one of the most difficult moments of their life.

Our role is to handle every file professionally, respectfully, and with the care it deserves.

When our clients trust us with a serve, they're trusting us with deadlines they can't miss, client relationships they've worked hard to build, and a reputation they've earned. We never lose sight of that responsibility.
